Community First: Providing forgivable loans to better you, your home and the community all in one!

Our mission is vital to the Milwaukee neighborhoods we serve. Here you see two houses side-by-side; we worked with the homeowners of the brick house (right side of photo) to help them do crucial repairs that they could not afford to do if it weren't for Community First and the programs we administer. The house on the left is in terrible shape, and its state of disrepair reflects poorly on this neighborhood. We want to change this, but we need your help.
